Basic development work had been done on a new tool to query and select B2B data that was incomplete. Led the product launch team and the business case for significant improvements to the product. Worked with an external partner to develop and deploy the software, including ecommerce payment options.

  • Improved search and filter capabilities with algorithms that responded to the search criteria entered by users
  • Improved the workflow to checkout, thus improving completion rates
  • Created and analysed usage data to ensure that customer services were responding correctly to demand patterns

B2B Prospector continues today in substantially the same form as it was developed, generating seven figure sales and substantial profits for Experian.
